Steadiness in Nature and Ourselves

I went for a walk Sunday with a sweet friend, surrounded by vast blue skies and trees ablaze with color. It was a reaffirming experience: walking within a beautiful landscape, feeling my feet connect to the Earth, and a sense of well being afterwards. Nature offers us its healing qualities and steadiness within the rhythms of change. We can find similar elements of nature within ourselves. Yoga practices are fertile ground to explore our own steadiness, learn to trust what's beneath us, and find abundance within.
