60 Min Mindful Flow

This Mindful Flow class begins with a brief meditation & breath work and slowly build through stretching & strengthening movements with a focus on connecting to the breath as a way to feel the ground beneath us and connect more deeply within.

60 Min Restorative Yoga

This nourishing class begins with a short meditation and breath work followed by slow movements inviting the body to release excess energy. A series of restorative yoga poses will be offered allowing stored tension in the breath, body, & mind to soften, release, and deeply relax.
