Join me at Vermont Yoga Collective Wednesday’s at 10a for an online mindful slow flow ending in a restorative pose.
We begin with a brief meditation and/or breath work followed by a mindful flow to stretch and strengthen your body. Class ends with a restorative pose that invites your mind and body to melt tension within in restorative poses for deep relaxation.
