Join me at Vermont Yoga Collective for a remote online class where we will begin with a brief meditation, breath work, and move into a mindful flow to stretch and strengthen your body followed by a restorative yoga practice for deep relaxation.
STANDARD PROPS TO BRING TO CLASS-- (I will instruct what we will be using in class)
~2 blocks for the movement part of class-if you don't have blocks bring 2 travel mugs
~3 Blankets OR Bath Towels
~2 Bed Pillows
~1 Hand Towel for the neck
